The 2023/2024 Indoor lawn bowling season ended with an amazing tournament

Christmas 2023

A wonderful Christmas dinner was enjoyed by members of all four bowls clubs in Edmonton.  A great way to end an event packed year of lawn bowling in Edmonton!

Monday Oct 2nd, 2023 marked the opening day for the 2023/24 Edmonton Indoor Lawn Bowling Club season.  Our President was busy taking membership forms and fees, although a lot of bowlers had taken advantage of the new online features.

Membership forms can now be completed and submitted to the Admin online.  As well, fees can be paid by etransfer.  Fast, efficient and friendly!

All three locations had a well attended start to the season.  Many long time bowlers and some new to the game as well.

The President of the Edmonton Indoor Lawn Bowls Club won the Gold medal at the Canadian Singles tournament at the Calgary Lawn Bowling Club in August 2023.  

Claire defeated bowlers from across Canada to win the event.  Congratulations, Claire!

Members of the Edmonton Indoor lawn bowling club atternd a fund raising dinner in honor of Howard Davison.  Howard was a long time bowler with a special interest in developing the game with youth.
